Fika with a Swede: Cecilia Widegren

Our third fika was with Cecilia Widegren, member of the Swedish Parliament (Riksdag). Cecilia is a Swedish politician of the Moderate Party. She has been a member of the Riksdag since 2002. The Fika took place on March 18th at 8:30 a.m. via Zoom

Why fika?

Fika is much more than having a coffee & a sweet treat.
It is a reason to set aside a moment for quality time.
Fika can happen at any time and anywhere- at home, at work or in a café. It can be with colleagues, family, friends, or someone you are trying to get to know.

In times when travel is limited, we are bringing Sweden to Rockford!

The fika is open to anyone and we welcome our Swedish American buisness & cultural friends regionally and in Sweden.
