The Swedish Historical Society warmly invites you back to our annual Julmarknad Christmas Market—a cherished holiday event for the entire community!
Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 7th from 9:00 am -1:00 pm at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in the Shepard's Gate Gym, located at 3300 Rural St. Throughout the entire day you can shop the Marknad with vendors of all kinds. There is Swedish wood working, textile and embroidery items, Scandinavian clothing, gifts, and so much more! MorMor's Attic will feature unique Swedish holiday items, antiques and more! Swedish bakery be available for purchase. A pancake breakfast will be served throughout the event. Pancake breakfast will include Swedish pancakes, sausage links and lingonberries, with your choice of coffee or water. Cost per person for the pancakes will be $ 10.00. Don't forget to stop by the Kaffe Stugan and enjoy the delicious coffee that will be served. This is a wonderful opportunity to get into the holiday spirit, find unique gifts, and connect with our community. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! |
